AI Training Built Around Where Your Team Is Starting From

AI is the fastest-moving subject in our catalog, and it means something different depending on who’s asking. A developer wants to build agents and RAG pipelines. A manager wants to know what’s safe to roll out and what isn’t. A legal team wants to use Copilot without creating risk. We teach all of it, and we don’t teach it the same way twice.

Every course below can run as a standalone class, exactly as outlined. Just as often, we build something in between — pulling modules from two or three courses into a single custom engagement, so your team spends training time only on what they don’t already know.

How We Customize AI Training to Fit Your Team

Off-the-shelf course outlines are a starting point, not a constraint. Here’s how we typically adjust an AI engagement once we understand your team:

We match the format to the goal. A team that needs a fast, focused skill — prompting, a specific coding assistant, RAG basics — often fits better in one of our half- or full-day AI-Micro-Credentials than in a multi-day course. A team building toward a production AI system is better served by the full AI Bootcamp track.

We separate developer and business tracks, or blend them. Our core AI curriculum has a clear developer path — AI for Developers through Building LLM Applications and AI Agents — and a separate business and leadership path built around Generative AI Essentials, prompting, governance, and risk. Mixed audiences can get a shared foundation with breakout modules for each group.

We skip what your team already has. If your developers already ship production code with an AI coding assistant, we don’t spend a day on the basics — we start at Advanced AI Agents or RAG Deep Dive and reclaim that time for harder problems.

We go deep on a single tool when that’s what’s in front of your team. If your organization has standardized on Claude, Copilot, or Gemini, our tool-specific micro-credentials and immersive programs teach that tool directly rather than AI in the abstract.

We align to hands-on outcomes, not just concepts. Every course below is built around what participants can do afterward — ship a feature, evaluate a RAG system, review an AI vendor contract — not just what they can describe.

Tell us your team’s current skill level, the outcome you’re training toward, and how many days you have, and we’ll tell you which modules actually belong in the room.

AI Course Roadmap

We organize our AI training into three formats, shown below. The roadmap is a typical progression, not a mandatory one — most engagements start with a Micro-Credential or a foundational developer/business course, then build toward the advanced AI curriculum or an Immersive flagship program as projects demand.

AI-Micro-Credentials
14 courses · half/full day
Beginner’s Guide to Generative AI / Agentic AI / RAG
Prompt Engineering 101 · AI Ethics and Bias
Coding with Claude / Copilot / Gemini
Supercharge Productivity: Claude, OpenAI, Gemini
Advanced RAG · Vector DBs for Developers · NLP
AI (Core Curriculum)
30 courses · foundational to advanced
Developer track
AI for Developers -> Building LLM Applications
RAG Deep Dive · Vector Databases · Data Engineering
Intro to AI Agents -> Advanced AI Agents
MLOps & LLMOps · AI Bootcamp (Capstone)
Business & leadership track
Gen AI Essentials -> Prompt Engineering · Governance & Risk
AI-Immersive
3 courses · multi-week flagship programs
AI Fluency for Developers
(agentic engineering track)
Applied AI Engineering Academy
(production deployment academy)
Agentic AI Accelerator
(multi-agent systems accelerator)
Most learners start with a Micro-Credential or a foundational course, then build toward advanced AI or Immersive programs as projects demand.
