SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)

SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM)

Duration: 2-3 Days

Description

The SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM) course provides a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively perform the PO and PM roles within a SAFe enterprise. Participants will learn how to drive the delivery of value by understanding customer needs, defining vision and strategy, building and managing backlogs at both the team (Product Owner) and Program (Product Manager) levels, and collaborating across the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure successful execution. This course emphasizes balancing stakeholder needs with technical feasibility, applying Lean-Agile principles to backlog management, and participating effectively in all SAFe events, especially PI Planning. Through practical exercises, SAFe-specific case studies, and interactive discussions, attendees will gain the skills and insights necessary to guide solution development from concept to delivery.
